Behold

Terms of Service

Last updated November 4, 2026

These terms explain the deal between you and Paddyverse LLC when you use Behold and Beholder. Please read them. Sections 14 to 17 limit our liability and explain how disputes work.

1. This agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Paddyverse LLC. They cover beholdmy.link, Behold and the Beholder Mac app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you can accept these terms for it. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to use online services where you live. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. You can't use the Service if the law forbids it or we've banned you.

3. Your account

Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including on any Mac you connect. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access. Usernames can be reclaimed if they impersonate someone or infringe rights.

4. The Beholder app

We give you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Beholder on Macs you own or control, under these terms. We may release updates, and some features may require them.

Don't sell or redistribute Beholder, remove our notices, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use it to capture material you have no right to capture. Make sure you're allowed to capture and share what's on your screen, including other people's information.

5. Your content

You own what you create and upload. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, display and deliver your content only as needed to run, secure and improve the Service. That includes showing it to anyone you share it with. The license ends when you delete the content, apart from backups for a limited time and anything others have already copied.

You confirm you have the rights to your content and that it doesn't break the law or anyone's rights.

6. Sharing and redaction

Captures stay private until you share them. A shared link is public, and anyone who has it can open it, copy it or pass it on. Beholder's sensitive-data detection and redaction tools help, but they aren't guaranteed to find everything. Check every capture before you share it. You're responsible for what you publish.

7. Rules

Follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Don't break or overload the Service, get around its limits or security, scrape it without permission, or use it to harm others. We may review, remove or disable content that we believe breaks these rules, but we don't have to monitor everything.

8. AI features

AI features can make mistakes, and their output may not be unique to you. Review anything they produce before you publish it. You're responsible for how you use it. AI features may use credits, and credit limits depend on your plan.

9. Plans and payment

Beholder's local capture and editing features are free. Behold has free and planned paid plans, each with its own limits, including how long captures are stored. Paid plans aren't on sale yet. When they are, the price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before you buy. We may change plan features or limits, and we'll give you notice of changes that materially affect a plan you're paying for.

10. Copyright complaints

We respond to valid copyright notices and may remove content and close the accounts of repeat infringers. To report infringement, send our copyright agent your contact details and signature, the work you say is infringed, the exact location of the material, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you're authorized to act.

Paddyverse LLC2200 Logan Avenue, Suite A113Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001

If your content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same place.

11. Our property and your feedback

We own the Service, including its software, design and brand. These terms give you only the rights they state. If you send us ideas or feedback, we can use them freely, with no obligation to you.

12. Other services

The Service can link to or embed third-party services, and pages made by other users can link anywhere. We don't control those services or pages and aren't responsible for them. Your use of them is between you and them.

13. Ending things

You can stop using the Service at any time. To close your account, email us. We may suspend or end your access, or remove content, if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if needed to protect people or the Service. Where it's reasonable, we'll give you notice. If your account closes, we may delete your hosted content, so keep your own copies. Sections that should logically continue, including 5, 11 and 14 to 18, survive after the agreement ends.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T PROMISE THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, THAT CONTENT WON'T BE LOST, OR THAT SENSITIVE-DATA DETECTION, REDACTION OR AI OUTPUT WILL BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE. KEEP YOUR OWN BACKUPS.

15. Limit of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, PADDYVERSE LLCAND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS WON'T BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US$100.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. Any rights you have by law that can't be waived stay in place.

16. Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of your content, your use of the Service or your breach of these terms, you'll cover our reasonable losses and costs, to the extent the law allows.

17. Governing law and disputes

Wyoming law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please email us so we can try to sort it out. Any court action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. This doesn't remove any mandatory right you have to sue where you live, and either of us can seek urgent court orders to protect intellectual property or security.

18. General

  • These terms and the policies they mention are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
  • If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we don't enforce something right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it.
  • You can't transfer these terms without our consent. We can transfer them as part of a sale, merger or reorganization.
  • We aren't liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and give you reasonable notice of material changes, such as by email or in the Service. If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
